Alan K Fowler and D4
The ideas, professional history, D4 materials, use cases and publications referenced on this website are based on Alan K Fowler’s work.
D4 — Designing and Delivering Futures — is Alan’s philosophy, system and method for Making Change Happen. It was developed from his research, professional practice and long-standing interest in time, concurrent events, organisational change, value and future-state design.
Where D4 is described in simplified form, this has been done to make the ideas more accessible while preserving the substance of Alan’s thinking.
